Christine has spent years healing decades of layered loss and grief. She knows what it feels like when grief isn't connected to just one loss, but to many chapters of a life.
She has experienced the deaths of several close family members, the ending of her first marriage, job losses and the loss of an identity she spent decades building as a Marketing, Advertising + Operations leader.
She has also navigated friendships ending, significant health changes, and the grief of letting go of decades of dreams of becoming a mother.
Through it all, she came to understand something that now sits at the heart of her work: Grief is not linear, and we were never meant to navigate all of its layers alone. Having the right support and somatic tools in our toolbox of life is not a nice to have but a need to have.
Christine creates calm, compassionate spaces where
you can slow down, tell the truth about what you're carrying, and feel seen and supported without judgment.
She helps you honor what has been while reconnecting with yourself, finding glimmers of joy, and gently exploring what comes next, without letting the 3 Ps: perfectionism, procrastination, and people-pleasing run the show.
At the heart of Christine's work is a simple belief:
We don't wait for someday. We live NOW.
Honoring the light AND the dark.
Grief AND growth.
Loss AND joy.
Because our losses are part of our story.
But they don't have to be the end of it.
